We evaluate styling and packaging – of prototypes, finished products, and most other two or three-dimensional stimuli.
Evaluations are generally made by seeking the opinions of your target market or other people whose opinions count.
Most often, these are comparative tests, made within a competitive set – with test stimuli pitted against other test stimuli and/or against controls.
Most of our work is bespoke for individual clients, but we also take it upon ourselves to conduct styling evaluations amongst the frontrunners in certain product categories. Clients can buy into these projects at various stages.
In addition, we conduct ad-hoc customised design-related research projects.
One of our core strengths is our graphic reporting. Several clients have asked to assist them with their own graphic reports, so we now also offer a custom report/presentation graphics service. Of course, these bespoke charts and diagrams need not be restricted to the realm of design research – and frequently aren’t.
We believe that the quality and accuracy of a company’s output material and other visible elements – the bits you can see – speaks volumes about the quality and accuracy of everything else that the company does.
